Wallaby Damned

This is my own personal take on the famous mixed beverage from that Aussie steak house chain. Made with strawberries, you’ll like this one…

Shopping list

• frozen sliced peaches or strawberries
• Kern’s peach nectar or Bacardi Fuzzy Navel mix
• champagne
• peach schnapps
• vodka

Directions

(one serving, double for two servings)

• 4 ounces frozen fruit
• 4 ounces Kern’s peach nectar OR Bacardi Fuzzy Navel mix
• 2 ounces champagne
• 2 ounce peach schnapps (3 oz for sweet)
• 2 ounce vodka
• about 8 ounces of crushed ice (if frozen fruit wasn’t enough)

Mixing

• Combine all of the ingredients in a blender.
• Blend on high speed for approximately
• 30 seconds or until ice is completely crushed and the drink is smooth.
• Pour into a 12-ounce glass and serve with a straw.
